Stress Less with this Aroma Inhaler Blend

If one thing is certain it's that there are lots of things outside of our control. Life can be full of change, challenge, and stress. But we can control our attitude and actions.

We can control how we take care of ourselves and how we react to challenging situations. And a wonderful ally to have on hand to help combat feelings of stress is an aroma inhaler.

Essential oils offer a variety of therapeutic benefits. In the same way molecules derived from nature such as caffeine in tea or coffee can rev us up or the ethanol (alcohol) in beer or wine can relax us so to can aromatic molecules in essential oils affect our physiology and mood.

In this inhaler blend bergamot (Citrus bergamia) and lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oils offer linalool and linalyl acetate to soothe and calm the mind and body and also help nurture emotionally.

Ravintsara (Cinnamomum camphora) is not only a great antimicrobial and analgesic essential oil it also fortifies emotionally as one works through difficult situations.

Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) is grounding, calming, and soothing in addition to offering respiratory support. Energetically it not only helps in dealing with stress but encourages transformation.

Aroma is powerful in supporting the mind and body this blend offers a beautiful balanced aroma of top, middle, and base notes that will support relaxation and encourage and nurture the mind and body (if you've every felt the comfort of smelling your mom's, grandmother's, dad's or grandfather's etc. cooking or baking you'll understand!)

An aroma inhaler is like a personal diffuser you can carry in your pocket or purse, keep bedside, bring to appointments, use in a hospital or on a plane.

There's a plastic or stainless steel housing that holds a cotton or polyester wick that holds the essential oils. To create one you simply add essential oils to the wick, seal in the housing, and uncap and inhale to enjoy.

To create one

1. Place the wick inside the plastic tube or stainless steel tube.

2. Carefully add the essential oils to the wick. Avoid getting oils in the tube or on your hands. Alternatively add the essential oils to a ceramic dish and use tweezers to mop up the oils with the wick. Place wick in plastic tube.

3. Seal the tube using the plastic plug. Uncap and inhale as needed.

4. If you get essential oils on your skin wipe the area with a bit of carrier oil to dilute the essential oils and/or wash hands thoroughly.

To enjoy simply uncap the tube, inhale, and enjoy.
